Today is a little different!
I wanted to talk a little bit about the second launch of Lady GaGa for MAC.
In my last post, titled [I'm gaga for Gaga, series 1], I showed you a slightly different side of GaGa, a more toned down, beautiful GaGa.
I was just on twitter just now, doing my tweeting and I just realized! Today is the second launch of Lady GaGa for MAC!
The first launch with Cyndi Lauper for MAC showcased a more bright and bold palette of red and bright pink lipsticks, which was a perfect representation of their personal flair.
To my surprise, the second launch of Lady GaGa for MAC featured a more stripped down, soft, beautiful shade of nude. I'm absolutely loving the ad-campaign photography for it as well.It is really a bold transition and I lurrveeee it, check it out. <3

Tell me, are you loving the stripped down nude look as much as me? What I love even more about it, is that proceeds from this is going to the MAC Aids fund. Look fashionable and help a great cause, perfect match much? loves it.
My Verdict?
I'm actually a big fan of nude shades, I'm definitely getting one when it launches where I live. I don't know if I would purchase it if I only wanted to collect it, even though I've done a fairshare of that. I almost purchased the previous collection because of Lady GaGa but convinced myself in the end not to, and see! waiting totally pays off. Now I can happily buy something I truly like/will use [awesome MAC lipsticks] and have myself a piece of GaGa, it's like a cupcake with a cherry on top. Fabulous. I have great respect for Lady GaGa and I'm thrilled to see this collection of shades. But I have to say, probably the number one thing I really like about this, is that the proceeds are going to the MAC Aids funds, and that's a beautiful way to give back to the world. Ask yourself a few questions before you buy it, make the final judgement! If you don't end up getting it and are bummed out about it, remember Lady GaGa is here to stay, there's going to be more and more and more fabulous GaGa comming our way.
