I was recently out and about with one of my best friends, Clarissa, and she had mentioned that she wanted a huge Be@rbrick in her room.
Well, I nodded, gulity, I didn't know what Be@rbricks! were, so we just chatted and walked to the store and she pointed, that's a be@rbrick! dude.
My first reaction was, yea! I've seen them before, I just didn't know what they were called.
Be@rbricks! has been around for quite some time now, and they're really big on the collaborative part. I guess, I just never really paid attention to them until now!
Realistically, there's no way you can collect the biggest sized Bearbricks, well depending on the size of your house I guess. haha. My parents have been on my case about the amount of things I have in my room, small Bearbricks is the way to go for me. Of course the bigger ones are pricer as well, I think the small ones does it absolute justice. Let's have a look shall we?

The mini Be@rbricks! are packaged in a few different colored packaging, each catergorized into a series of bears. There are many different colored ones, each labeled [series NO#], but I've only seen the red, purple and beige ones around so far.

Mhmm... you guessed it, I got the barbie and hello kitty one, as if that wasn't obvious enough huh? haha.
How cute are they! I'm absolutely loving the classic vintage barbie one.
Pretty close match eh? How quirky is this. loves it.

They even have a classic Chanel bearbrick with a little black dress, cardigan, pearls and white camellia flower!

My Verdict?
If you want to collect be@rbricks! and might not have enough room for 2349072029734 of them in your room then try collecting the medium ones, or even the mini ones. Being a collaboration with many other types of characters, Bearbricks really gives your favorite characters a new life, characters like batman, spongebob, gloomy, and even classic barbie. They are as intricate as the big ones and just as good quality, it is also reasonably priced for such detailing I think. At the same time, do note that some of the Be@rbricks! that you like might not be offered in all sizes, so that's where you have to call the final shots. Speaking from a crazy collector point of view, I'm absolutely in love with these bears and after all these research, I can hardly contain myself! I would say that the big Bearbrick are totally out of the question for me, maybe.. one someday down the road. I might consider the medium ones but for now I'm happy with the mini ones. So yes.. I would most probably get the smallest one if I had the option. Obviously what I've blogged about is really a mininal amount of Be@rbricks! out there, do check them out if you're interested! I'll definitely do more blog post about them so don't you worry! You know what I would like to see? a Miss Marc, Marc Jacobs Be@rBrick!, that would be a dream come true for me.
